4、在循環(huán)水噴淋過程中CaCO3被H2SO3置換成CaSO3。

為降低CaO(石灰)的消耗量，在噴淋水循環(huán)中，應(yīng)保持噴淋水的PH值在5-6之間，由于噴淋水中的H2SO3濃度不斷增加PH值降至5.5以下時，應(yīng)攪拌水石灰，使噴淋水的PH值達到8以上。

注意事項：

1、每班(8小時)攪拌石灰漿2-3次。
1. Mix lime slurry 2-3 times per shift (8 hours).
2、每班清理除塵器底部沉淀物1-2次。
2. Clean the bottom sediment of the dust collector 1-2 times per shift.
這種脫硫技術(shù)的缺點是: 管道及噴咀易堵塞。
